Exchange Policy:

For an exchange, the order return request must be generated within 7 days of purchase.
We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags.
The merchandise should be returned with a copy of the invoice. Kindly mention the reason for returning the item(s).
Merchandise must be returned via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post. Please note that courier charges will not be covered by Rang Rasiya.
Exchanges will be issued after 15 days.
Exchange voucher of the item's invoice value will be given to the customers, who desire an exchange.
Items purchased on sale/discount cannot be exchanged.

Refund Policy:

We don't offer refunds on cash on delivery items, only exchange.
All formals or bridals due to non-payment are not eligible for a refund. The customer is provided 7 days notice to pay. No refund of the advance payment.
For a refund on credit card purchases, the order return request must be generated within 7 days of purchase.

For international customers:

International orders are not entitled to exchange or refund.
All kind of duties and taxes will be borne by the receiver.
International orders will get delivered within 7-10 working days. (Subjected to the destination's customs)
