Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  1. No Returns or Refunds:
    Rang Rasiya does not offer any refund but exchange for any of its products as a general policy.
  2. Exchange Policy
    All products purchased from our website are eligible for exchange within 7 days only under the following conditions:
  • The exchange request is made within the 7-day time limit from the date of delivery.
  • The item(s) received is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The product(s) received differs from the original order.
  • The product packaging is incomplete, or anything is missing, such as price tags, labels, or original packaging.

Claims made after the 7-day period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

To raise a dispute, please email clear pictures of the defective item(s) to support@rangrasiya.com.pk or call us at +92 320 8833 636 within 7 days of delivery.

Each claim will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the dispute is found valid, we will issue a replacement of the same value as mentioned in the invoice and ship it to the address provided.

  1. Shipping Costs:
    In case of exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
  2. Non-Exchangeable Items:
  • Discounted or Sale Items
  • Unstitched articles that have been stitched
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Bridal/Couture Wear
  • Special Fabrics (e.g., Luxe collections) once purchased
  • Unstitched outfits placed as stitched options.


Order Cancellation Policy

    Rang Rasiya does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
  2. Order Cancellation by Rang Rasiya:
    We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
  • Stock unavailability
  • Product damage found during inspection
  • Technical errors
  • Payment authorization failure
