Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:
  • Order cannot be cancelled once shipped for unstitched only.
  • For stitched, Order cannot be cancelled once placed.
Exchange Policy:
  • For an exchange, the order return request must be generated within 7 days of purchase.
  • We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags.
  • The merchandise should be returned with a copy of the invoice. Kindly mention the reason for returning the item(s).
  • Merchandise must be returned via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post. Please note that courier charges will not be covered by Rang Rasiya.
  • Exchanges will be issued after 15 days of receipt of returned article. 
  • Exchange voucher of the item's invoice value will be given to the customers, who desire an exchange.
  • Items purchased on sale/discount cannot be exchanged or refund.
Refund Policy:
  • We don't offer refunds on purchased items, only exchange.

    For international customers:

    • International orders are not entitled to exchange or refund.
    • All kind of duties and taxes will be borne by the receiver.
    • International orders will get delivered within 7-10 working days. (Subjected to the destination's customs)
